FORSINKELSE:
-Er du over 10 min forsinket kræver jeg 50kr ekstra i din behandling. Derefter kræver jeg yderlige 50kr for hvert 5 min der går.
- Er du over 15 min forsinket er der dog en mulighed for jeg bliver nød til at aflyse din tid og med det har jeg retten til at betragte det som en udeblivelse og kræve 100% af behandlings pris.
- Kontakt mig på Instagram hvis du er forsinket. Der kan jeg sikre dig om din tid er aflyst eller ej.
BETALING OG BOOKING:
- Jeg tager imod kontanter og Mobilepay.
- Hvad du booker er hvad du får - når du har booket en kategori er det det som oplyst der bliver lavet til behandling.
- Aldersgrænse er 15+, med mindre jeg har lavet aftale med dine forældre, som kan gøres ved at kontakte mig på instagram.
OPFYLDNING:
- Jeg laver ikke opfyldning på andres arbejde, da jeg ikke kan garantere kvaliteten af dine nye negle, så husk at tilvælg "Removal of nails by someone else" når du booker din tid.
- Hvis du har negle på, jeg har lavet, du gerne vil have opfyldt, bookes det ligesom en ny tid, dog skal du ikke tilvælge removal.
- Hvis du har 5 eller under negle der skal fjernes fordi de ikke kan opfyldes, er det 25kr pr. negl. Her skal du ikke bestille removal oveni. Over 5 negle skal der bestilles removal.
TIL DIN TID:
- Skal du komme alene, medmindre vi har aftalt andet.
- Du skal komme med negle uden produkt, med mindre du har bestilt removal.
- Jeg kan til tider bedst lide at arbejde i en smule ro, så du er velkommen til at tage bog eller lyd med. Jeg sætter oftes podcast på hvis der er ro.
GARANTI:
- Der gives 5 dage garanti på alle behandlinger (skal kontaktes på instagram indenfor de første 5 dage efter behandling).
- Er du gravid/ammende kan jeg ikke garantere holdbarhed.

CANCEL OR POSTPONE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- Do you want to cancel your appointment? Must be done no later than 30 hours before your appointment!
- If you cancel your appointment less than 30 hours before your appointment, 100% of the payment price/start price will be charged.
- In the event of non-appearance from treatment, I'm allowed to charge 100% of booked treatments price.
- Cancellation must be done via the booking system, and if you want to be a fantastic customer, I would appreciate a cancellation message on Instagram as well. <3
- Do you want to postpone your appointment? Simply just contact me on instagram. This must also be done no later than 30 hours before your appointment.
- If I cancel your appointment, you will receive an email about the cancelation.
DELAY:
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will charge an extra DKK 50 fee. After that, I demand an additional DKK 50 for every 5 minutes that passes.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a possibility that I will have to cancel your appointment and with that I have the right to regard it as a no-show and demand 100% of the treatment price/start price.
- Contact me on Instagram if you are late. There I can assure you whether your appointment has been cancelled or not.
PAYMENT AND BOOKING:
- I accept cash, Mobilepay or Paypal.
- Age limit is 15+, unless I have made an agreement with your parents, which can be done by contacting me on Instagram.
- What you book is what you get
DO YOU WANNA BOOK A "REFILL" APPOINMENT:
- I do not fill in other people's work, as I cannot guarantee the quality of your new nails, so remember to select "Removal of nails by someone else" when you book your appointment.
- If you have nails on that I have done that you would like to have refilled, it will be booked just like a new appointment, but you must not add removal.
- If you have 5 or less nails that need to be removed because they cannot be filled, it is DKK 25 extra per nail- you do not have to order removal on top of the booking.
- Removal must be ordered for more than 5 nails.
DURING SERVICE:
- You must come alone, unless we have agreed otherwise.
- You must come without product on your nails, unless you have ordered removal.
- I sometimes like to work in a bit of peace, so you are welcome to bring a book or audio. I often put the podcast on if it's quiet.
GUARANTEE:
- All treatments are guaranteed for 5 days (must be contacted on Instagram within the first 5 days after treatment).
- If you are pregnant/breastfeeding, I cannot guarantee condition.

- However, I am a self-taught nail geek.
